As the head of growth and marketing for Vickii, you will work closely with the company's founding team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the brand. With a focus on driving user acquisition and growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and make sure that Vickii is THE topic.
✨We are a very ambitious team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making. You will have full ownership for your tasks and there will be a steep learning-curve.
Develop and maintain the front-end of mobile applications and features, collaborate with back-end developers and designers to implement features and improve the user experience & continuously improve the performance and scalability of the front-end codebase.
Design and implement APIs, and microservices and manage the interactions with the databases and other back-end services. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and collaborate with front-end developers and designers to implement features and improve the user experience. Also continuously improve the performance and scalability of the back-end codebase.
Deep dive into Vickii's heart - actively participate in the optimization of our platform together with developer & product team - be responsible for and implement own projects and challenges. Lead contract discussions with data providers and own negotiations.
Social Media Marketing: Cross-platform (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) creation and planning of social media campaigns and content. You work actively and with a lot of freedom on new projects and can give free rein to your creativity. We are excited about how you want to reach Gen Z. 🪩
Photo & Video Creation: planning creation and execution of shoots, podcasts and videos for various platforms, as well as editing and cutting from the respective materials. 🎬
Offline marketing: Whether it's poster campaigns, ambassador programs, or collaborations with other companies, there's a lot to get out of offline marketing. Maybe we'll soon see your poster on every wall. 👀
